July 18, 2007 This Celtic Celebration begins with the Tartan Classic Charity Golf Tournament held at the Oakridge Golf Course. July 20, 21 and 22, Events include plenty of great musical entertainment, Celtic livestock demonstrations and displays, and highland and folk dancing competitions. For full informatiom and a daily schedules click here This years show features the Rankin Sisters for 2 shows one on July 21 at 7 pm and one on July 22nd at 4 pm
You can explore Celtic traditions through games, music and story telling in the Young People’s Celtic Pavilion and visit the Avenue of the Clans.
What Highland Games wouldn’t be complete without good food and good drink and the opportunity to enjoy a wee taste of Scotland.
The closing ceremonies with the “Burning of the Viking Ship” will bring a sense of kinship with all that is Celtic.
